About Office Refurbishment London

Office Refurbishment London is an independent guide and introduction service for people looking for office fit-out and refurbishment in London. We are not a fit-out contractor. We do not carry out building work or give professional design, legal or cost advice.

How it works

1. Tell us what you need. Complete the short enquiry form. It takes about two minutes.
2. We check the match. We pass your enquiry to one vetted fit-out contractor in London that suits your request.
3. They contact you directly. The fit-out contractor gets in touch to arrange a site survey and quote. There is no obligation to go ahead.

How we vet fit-out contractors

We only introduce enquiries to fit-out contractors that meet these checks:

• A registered UK company with filed accounts at Companies House.
• Health and safety accreditation such as CHAS, SafeContractor or Constructionline, and ISO certifications where held.
• Current public liability and employer’s liability insurance, plus professional indemnity where they provide design.
• Recent London projects of a relevant size with references.
• Clear, itemised quotations and a recognised form of contract.

We recheck registrations when a partner joins and periodically afterwards. You should still make your own checks before committing to anything; our guides explain how.

How we are paid

Using Office Refurbishment London is free for you. We are paid by the fit-out contractor we introduce you to, either as a fee for advertising on this website or as a fee per enquiry. This never affects the price you are quoted. We will always tell you who your enquiry has been sent to.

Our content

Our guides are written to be accurate, balanced and up to date. Prices are shown as typical ranges taken from providers' own published price lists, with the source and the date we checked. They are not quotes. Cost figures are benchmarks from published industry sources and are not quotes. Read our editorial policy for how we research, source and update our guides.

Areas we cover

We accept enquiries from all 32 London boroughs and the City of London. See areas we cover for borough-by-borough information.
